  • Certified Health Coach from Integrative Institute for Nutrition (IIN)
  • Completed specialized courses in Gut and Hormone Health (IIN)
  • U.S. Board Certified from the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC)
  • HIPAA Certified.

I’m a third culture kid raised in India and the United States.

I partner with clients to elevate their mental health and reach their highest potential through lifestyle changes, habit formation, and proper nutrition. The by-product of this journey is often weight loss, healthy coping mechanisms, and long-term healthy habits.

My coaching helps you holistically and effectively manage stress, anxiety, burnout, self-confidence, low productivity, life transitions, relationships, body weight, and much more that hinders overall wellbeing. My process works because I use empathy, acute listening skills, and evidence-based strategies to motivate and guide my clients.
