Hi! I’m Chaitni Modi, and a Mindset and Nutrition Coach
I’m a third culture kid raised in India and the United States. I proudly and wholeheartedly belong to two nations, two cultures, and two peoples. This diverse upbringing allows me to show up without judgment personally and professionally. My life is enriched by my dog, Coco, my family and friends, and books!
I believe in the pursuit of reaching one’s highest potential in body, mind, and soul. Wellness begins on the inside out where we first need to cleanse our limiting beliefs and unhealthy coping mechanisms. That’s half the battle right there! We can only move forward when we figure out what’s stopping us. Once we believe we can, we will.
My wellness journey began when I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety, which led me to take stock of my habits, priorities, and lifestyle. I needed to make drastic changes if I wanted to manage the symptoms holistically. I questioned and worked on changing unhealthy behavior patterns and thoughts. I moved past people pleasing, self-doubt, and perfectionism. I embraced a better relationship with food and my body. I believed that I was worthy and enough. For the first time in my life, I prioritized my self-love and self-care.
I feel more comfortable than ever in my skin and am not afraid to let my true authenticity shine. I feel healthy, courageous, and powerful inside and out. I look forward to meeting my potential every day, and my mission is to do the same for you.
I work with my clients to

– identify current behaviors and habits interfering with achieving that vision.
– create, implement and maintain a personalized set of lifestyle changes and systems that help achieve their vision.
Believe me, I know what it feels like to function on autopilot. I know how shame, fear, and guilt hinder positive change. The good news is there are proven tools and systems to change such behaviors and thinking.
As a board-certified Health Coach (NBC-HWC), I use evidence-based strategies to develop and sustain healthy habits that work for you. Each of us is unique and beautiful in our own way, so what works for one person may not for another. Additionally, every element of life contributes to our sense of fulfillment: finances, career, food, exercise, creativity, relationships, spirituality among others.
Our heads, hearts, and stomachs are uniquely interlaced, so allow me to support and guide you as you become the best and truest version of yourself.

Chaitni is an absolute treasure. I have had an excellent experience with Chaitni’s guidance as a health coach. She helped me frame a Purpose Statement, which acts as a constant reminder on my chosen track. Through the online meetings, she advised me on a number of practical, effective but still simple tips on various challenges I faced in motivating myself on making headway from my initial inertia and thereafter in implementing “walking the talk.” Chaitni’s professionalism, attention to detail, meticulously enlisted notes capturing the points to be worked on following each session is truly brilliant. I lost 10 kgs in overall weight, and 9% of body fat during her consultancy. I would strongly recommend Chaitni to anybody who wants to work on getting their mindset attuned to a healthy lifestyle and follow it up with action; her value addition is immense!
